Sky wifi
My wifi has been dropping out since i changed over from bt to sky. Sky is more expensive and significantly worse. It doesnt reach all rooms like it did with bt. I bought a wifi extender and that hasnt made any difference. It disconnects continuously. I have now upgraded to sky wifi max and it is still poor. My tv continuously drops out. My laptop i use for work is continuosly dropping out. If ypu cant sort it out. I will terminate the contract and return to the cheaper bt package i had previously.

Re: Sky wifi
If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account at about £6 per month then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
The first one can be self installed while a second and third will require an engineer visit.
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.
