Sky wifi issues

Problem started Friday morning (now Monday morning) with router on but all devicees which were connected by wifi disconnected and couldnt connect back up.  Reset router and devices connected but keep dropping out and message 'access temporary full' would appear on phone.  Used broadband and wifi checker and there saying everthuing OK.  Chat bot no use and trying to get help via phone keeps sending me back to self check/ help.  Can get to speak to anyone which is very annoying.  Need to print of some boarding passes and can nolonger connect Epson printer x760 to the wifi as the router name is no longer apearing on its wi-fi list and the WPS connection not work.  Alrteady tried rsetting router and resetting to default use WPS button but nothing working.  Even upgraded to SKY Max hoping this would help but no good.  Router I believe is the white Sky Max box which was installed around 2 years ago. Any help really appricated.

Re: Sky wifi issues

@DarrenAtk1 It really sounds by what you have posted that your Sky Max hub has died. You need to call sky and have them test if they can even get to it, diagnose what is going on and go from there. Just keep quite when the bot tries to redirect you to the Forum and hopefully it sends you into the Agent Queue.
