I have upgraded from copper to fibre 100, installed last week. We, family of 4, have all noticed periodic dropout and data defaulting to 4G. This is both irritating and disabling with sketchy Netflix pictures, staccato gaming and interruptions during streaming video.
MySky app indicates "good" service, claimi g 104MB/s download speed but i am not convinced. We have a wifi booster but this does not seem to provide a solution to wifi resilience either. I am disappointed with fibre 'upgrade' which is not living up to expectations. Is there anything else to check before escalating and, is there any comeback to Sky?
