I had to cancel the sky broadband contract within the first 14 days due to installation issues ; have returned the equipment end of May, could anyone advise how much normally it takes sky to refund the advance payment ?
@CJ009 Process is normally 60 day's from cancellation and received goods back etc, but you just may have to check with sky, assume you did get the acceptance off the cancellation with them and are still not being billed! Will find and link below. See if it helps you!
