Sky wifi Max Hub stuck on red
Have just had broadband installed yesterday, received activation confirmation yesterday afternoon, and have been unable to connect since. It starts a white light, but after about 5 minutes it goes to constant red light. Service checker shows as everything being fine.

@danwarboys all Sky numbers connect to the same automated IVR system so it doesn't really matter what one you call. Therefore whether requesting are links to numbers from the contact us pages at the end of a help journey.
