Sky tv not working

My sky tv box is showing a red circle with no connection sign in on the source of my tv .

all other WiFi is working and tv says it's got a good connection to the WiFi but the sky box isn't

Try a reboot of your Sky TV box and then try connecting it up again if it doesn't connect automatically.
