Sky tv not working

You sent me a new Wi-Fi box last year with the advice I could or could not use it as long as I change my password I've had problems with some of my appliances and decided that I wouldn't change my box.. I have sky Q and a mini box. On Monday you are doing something remotely to my connections and you sent me a pair of new cables. In light of this I thought I better set up the new box with the new cables you sent me I did this however my phone is accepting the Wi-Fi my Tesla battery has accepted the new Wi-Fi, but I can no longer access my sky TV. I am unable to connect to the sky broadband Wi-Fi on either of my televisions. I have switched them on off plugged in plugged out but nothing seems to work and I am unable to connect to the sky broadband Wi-Fi. I don't understand why as my mobile phone is connected to the new box. My Tesla battery has connected to the new box but my TVs won't Please help

@162 what colour of router did you have and what colour was the new router that you set up ?
