Last week, my internet stopped working and so I phoned to book an engineer to resolve the issue. Having had no internet for 4 days and another week until the engineer visit, I bought a new micro adapter to see if that would work, which it did! (Hurrah)
However, I'm now trying to cancel my engineer visit, to avoid being charged, and I cannot do this via the app nor via the telephone. The app tells me to phone a Sky Expert but, when I do, the automated system will not recognise anything I input in the keypad or anything I say over the phone to try to get through to the right place, and it just cuts the call off.
is anyone able to help/advise with this?
Thanks!

Then you will have to either call or use social media to contact Sky as there are links to their sites at the bottom of this page. They can also be contacted via social media, if callingbtry daying nothing if asked any questions by the bot.
