Sky stream won’t play….keeps stuttering.

Hi. My sky stream is not watchable. It keeps stopping , the picture goes pixelated. I can hear some sound but no picture. I have done all the sky checks & my WiFi is fine (sky 152mb/s). I have reset my router and my sky stream.... but no different
