Sky shield settings with NOW broadband

I have NOW broadband powered by sky, which all the settings are controlled in sky.com, but when I sign in it says I haven't got any products and I can't change the shy shield settings

@LlinH check you are using the Sky id linked to the Now broadband account as only the account hokder can change these settings. If you are then you will need Sky's help which is going to be a problem today as the lines are very busy due to an issue with Stream/Glass.
