I've recently changed my shield settings but want to change them back. On doing so it is now greyed out and when I press on it, it says come back when your broad band is up and running! I've had broadband with sky for 14 years! How do I fix this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Frankel32 Have seen a nymber of other users with this happening. Give Sky a quick call on 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts, ignore it when they send you the text and stay on the line to speak to an advisor.
