Sky router

I should have received a sky router today but not received, apparently Royal Mail have sent it back as the wrong  address has been put on package

@Finnsbin  Did you have a tracking number to follow? You can check with Sky to see if they have your address correct on their database.

Sky had put wrong address on router with royal mail

@Finnsbin Did you tell them to put the right address on the parcel and confirm with you before sending out the new unit?
