Sky router not connecting

Hi, I have switched from BT but the BB light on Sky router stays solid orange.

 

My BB still works on old BT router.

 

I don't think the switch has gone through properly

@Justin24 your switch has not happened as yet you should have an activation date and the switch can happen at any time up unitl midnight. When it does tge BT service will cease and a few minutes later the Sky servicecshould be live.
