All our devices have wifi and working fine. Sky Q box drops the wifi connection and it can take up to an hour sitting with my finger on the router, trying to get the connection back. I turn the router on and off the sky q box on and off. This can happen I few times a week, and then some weeks it's all ok. Why???????
