Sky puck doesn't work

I've had sky 3 weeks and it hasn't worked since installed - constantly glitching or just stops.    Can't watch anything.    When I run checks it says there is a WiFi issue so I constantly reboot but the same every day.    I've boosted the WiFi as the router is far but still nothing.    I'm giving up
