Sky password

I'm locked out of my Windows PC and Computer. I can't connect because of Sky Password not working... The message below it reads: Some information changed since you last connected. We need additional information to complete the connection. It doesn't say what information it needs though!

I have moved your post out of the Sky+ box forum as your issue is clealry nothing to do with this.

Is this a Sky wifi issue, if it is  Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks. Click on your network and select Forget.

On your PC @MEAGAINSON do you try this:

Then go back to Network & Internet > show available networks and when you see your one, select it and enter the password again.
