Sky not working
Been testing my wifi cause on demand won't work now basic free tv does not work. Everything has been tested switched off and reset. Also did speed test which says speed is appx 102 mgps so why is nothing working

@lg14 Which Sky Box do you have?
If it's Sky+HD or Sky Q all live channels are delivered via satellite and not over broadband.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
