Sky not connecting to new hub

we have been having lots of problems lately. After an hour phone call two weeks ago, the person on the phone arranged for us to have a new Max Hub. This has been set up and worked on devices like my phone, but still does not connect to our Sky Q box and tv. This has meant more days without being able to use what I'm paying for.
