Sky max

My new sky max keeps dropping out regularly despite us also upgrading to fibre optic also. Any ideas why this is happening. It's almost everyday.

@Richard202 do you mean that the hub loses its connection to the line several times a day or your devices lose their connection to the hub? The two have quite different causes but the LEDs on the hub should tell you if it is the hub losing the connection. If it is then you have a line issues which needs reporting so it can be fixed.

If its the WiFi signal in your home assuming the hub is out in the open then you may nedd to get some WiFi extenders

Re: Sky max

Thank you for the reply. It is the WiFi that's dropping out. How do order extra pod extenders?
