Sky max pod
Hi, we moved to new address and it is a larger property that has wifi dead spots. I tried using the sky max pod but there is a permanent red light. I have tried moving next to the max hub but still red light.
Could you please send me 2 x new max pods (wifi extenders) to fix the poor coverage
Thank you

That cannot happen as a result of posting here: you'll need to call Sky, go through their diagnostic script and potentially book a visit.
