Hi all so just set up my new sky max hub after reluctantly swapping from the sky q hub, I had the sky engineer to install q in the property, we had a discussion surrounding the new hub and he recommended turning off the Q boxes mesh system and hard wiring everything back to the hub, request a sky max pod and connect the Ethernet directly to that then into whatever device I was. I have tried this and also over wifi but no luck, additionally the new box just doesn't seem as stable even though I'm running wifi 6 any help would be greatly appreciated
