When attempting to wake up my sons devices this morning and give him connection to the WiFi, the parental control option seems to have disappeared from the my sky app and also from in my account on the website leaving me unable to connect his desktop or iPhone to the WiFi. Please help š«£

@TASHA_ann This is your third post on this subject. Posting different threads is making it difficult to then help you. Have you tried contacting Sky to see if they are able to fix this situation for you?
