Received sky max hub over 2weeks ago and it won't complete setup in sky app keep saying to wait 20mins then says there is an issue. After testing network speed seems less than the guaranteed minimum speed, and it says WiFi is turned off. WiFi is working on sky q box and mobiles although some devices won't connect ( tv upstairs and other devices).

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Andy903 if signing out and fully exiting the app and then restarting it doesnt clear the set up fault call Sky. The new hubs use a more advanced wifi security setting that some devices notably Samsung TVs cannot connect to. Once your My Sky app has been set up then go into the Advanced settings for the hub and change tge WiFi security from WPA3-T to WPA2.
The new hubs cannot use your Sky Q boxes as WiFi extenders as the old hubs did instead you may need a matched pod extender which Sky will send out if you ask as part of the WiFi Max bundle.
