I've just received my sky max hub router today after upgrading, tried to activate in the my sky app and failing everytime. Can anyone help me please. Many thanks
@Michael_90 If you cannot get it to activate, then call sky dial 150 on your landline, but write down all the info on the bottom of your sky Max hub they can check against your account that it is all correct on there side!
