Sky max hub - split connections?
So, my samsung tv in my bedroom is having issues connecting to SKY. I have to go downstairs and press WPS button every time i turn my tv on so that it connects. If i choose the router and say connect i just get an error message.
Samsung tech help have come up with the fact that my tv is most likely not dealing with the 5G connection as its not set up for this and need to split the connection so i am on 2.5G in my bedroom. The tv is 2 years old. Everything in the house connects easily, phones tvs, laptops (which are all a lot older than my samsung tv!)
I have a SKY max hub. I cant figure out how to do this. Or is there another reason i have to do the WPS every single time i want to watch tv?
Can anyone help or offer any suggestions, I'm at a loss.

Re: Sky max hub - split connections?
@Brackenmyst more likely is the known issue Samsung TVs have with the WiFi securityvstsndard the new white hubs run as their default. Go into the Settings for the hub in the My Sky app and changecthecwifi scurity setting from wpa3-T to wpa2 and it should connect.
