Sky max hub set up crashing

Anyone figure out how to setup the sky max 6 router in the my dky app?

seems this is a horrible product as you can only set up the phone and boosters through the app and the app doesn't work.

provably going to go back E Evbut live to hear if others solved it before.

@dunny25 normally the process is quick and efficent given that there are literally millions of these units are in use the odd glitch is not that surprising. It is unfortunate your unit has not been set up correctly. Sky should be able to fix it but on occasions it can take a while to complete.

Once working correctly the app is quite powerful and useful but. It is not perfect.

I've just come back to Sky BB this week and had my first ever Max router, it setup perfectly for me. I changed the SSID and password over to the previous routers setting which only left the Sky Q box to connect (due to the way Q connects to Sky BB). The wps button worked fine besides the Q box (due to it's age now) being very slow to initially connect. Everything else including my Kindle reader (which I was expecting to be a problem due to it's weedy WiFi) carried on as previously.

Edit: Open Reach were excellent, having to reconnect the fibre connection since I had to take the son to the hospital before they arrived, everything was communicated via text.
