Sky keep taking payments from my bank help!

How do i speak to someone at Sky? Theyre taking multiple bill payments from my bank account!

@Paulah2025 You call 150 from your landline phone, or a sky mobile, both will get you there, times are 8am to 8pm to speak with them!

 

Depending on what services you have with them then different payments may be correct, but should not exceed your total that you expect!

@Paulah2025  I doubt Sky are taking multiple payments, are you making manual payments for any reason?  If so that is the issue.

 

If you have a Direct Debit or card setup on your account(which you need to have as per the terms of service) then you don't need to be making manual payments as it won't stop the scheduled payments from being taken.

 

Is this what is happening?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
