@mrbacon I notice in both set of stats the time the hub has been running is fairly short if this is due to you rebooting the hub that is explained. However with any FTTC connection avoid rebooting the hub as the DLM system sees each one as a line drop increasing the liklehood it will intervene and drop the speed. You have a long line and inevitably there will be errors especially in periods of bad weather. The system will be counting these and will raise the noise margin if they exceed the programmed limits so adding unecessary line drops is not sensible.
However if the hub is rebooting spontaenously that implies it is faulty.

Well I have been put on a new router now, the new Black one that stands up instead of my old Sky Q one that was placed flat. Its uptime is low because it was just installed by the engineer today.
I was also told by the engineer that its likely to go off and reboot due to a firmware update at some point within the next few days.
I haven't been rebooting my old one. The issue was every morning it was losing sync over and over. I just hope that doesn't start up again and the engineer has cleared the line fault.
