Sky isn't recognising my products

I purchased Sky broadband and streaming approximately a month ago, just purchasing it took a month to complete as Sky didn't put in the order correctly and was unable to cancel it and reorder.

 

I now have Sky streaming and broadband and Sky are taking the payments, but My Sky says that I have no products so I can't change any broadband settings.

Have you linked your TV and Briadband accounts to your Sky ID as per this:

If that doesn't work I would use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact Sky for help about this.
