We recently upgraded to a new broadband package that stopped us leaving Sky. It promised increased reliability and speed. However this has now completely dropped out the last few days and the internet isn't working at all. Our Sky TV is also then having issues with no connection. After I was promised that this upgrade would fix all our no / weak internet issues, the problem has got worse. Please fix this. Dan
