Sky hub

Hi,

woke up this morning to find my sky hub with no lights active, no internet what so ever, reported the problem and openreach have been assigned to repair any problems. Openreach have confirmed the issue has been fixed, sky hub still no lights, I believe it to be the hub that is faulty therefore how do I get a replacement ?. I have done all the tests, unplugging, checked socket for power etc.

@Matt382

Before you do as you did this morning, have you tried the hub in a different power socket to see what happens, if it is still dead then you will need to report this to Sky again as you did earlier.

Re: Sky hub

Thank you for the reply, I have tried everything, multiple sockets even though all sockets are working, checked Fuseboard all circuits on and working, when I do the speed test with sky, the only option is for an engineer visit with Openreach, the router is the problem as if the router was ok then there would be lights on and if it were an external issue then the light would be showing no internet but the hub is completely dead.

I presume you're not on FTTP so have an ONT inside the house?

As the hub is completely dead you will need to report this to Sky as you will probably need a replacement.
