Sky hub

Hi,

 

Recently moved over to Sky for broadband and can't get our booster pod to connect.

After looking through some previous posts I found out the hub has to be linked in the app and then we can link the booster.

Looked through everyone's advise, waited 72 hours, reset box numerous times and still can't get the hub to link to the app.

Does anyone have anymore advise, pretty disappointed with the service as half the house is complaining they have no WiFi 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Nat87 You may just have to call sky, dial 150 from your landline! Open 8am to 8pm for customer service!
