Sky hub
I have just joined sky. My activation date is today. I have installed the sky hub, it's starts with a white light then about a minute later it goes to a solid Red light. Is there something wrong with my connection or is it because it's not activated yet, I know it says it can be up to 12 hours for connection.

It probably hasn't been activated yet as it can take place anytime throughout the day.
