Sky hub

I'm trying to set up my sky hub but I'm not able to because I haven't received an activation date. When I call customer services, it doesn't go through and it says my phone number isn't recognised

@Charelle8 you should see your activation date in the My Orders section of the My Sky app. It is also in the confirmation email sent when you ordered  but that may have gone into your spam folder. It is better if you use the phone number you used when ordering the service but if you hold on the system should route your call but the agent wont have details of your account.
