Sky hub setup but don’t have a main phone socket

@PhoebeR That's the attack, find out why the agent is leading you down the path, calling sky, and the only other was if you look above the 4 connection socket, see one think it is the third from the left, wonder if it was connected in there just know way of knowing what was done and who did it all.....

Spoken to sky and engineer is coming tomorrow so looks like everything should be okay. Thank you for all your help
