Sky hub not working

I was told to order a new sky hub but I can't get through to the right person

@Mac641 Any sky Customer Service agent can help you with that, they may want to test with you though to be sure that a new sky hub replacement is required, just call them dial 150 from your landline if working or the same from a sky mobile dial 150 also!
