Sky hub delivery
I have had my sky stream box deliver but not the broadband modem, will I get it in the post or will the engineer bring it with them?

The BB router usually turns up a couple of days before you go live. The Sky Stream box just needs connecting to your current broadband router and will go live on your start date.

Re: Sky hub delivery
Hubs for new activations are normally dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive a 'few days' prior to the 'activation date'.
Once it has been dispatched you should be able to track it through Royal Mail. The postman/woman will usually leave it hidden if no one is in. You shouldn't need to sign for it.
They should also pop a card through the letterbox telling you where it was left and the tracking should show some information on it too.
