Joined Sky from virgin media two weeks ago. Despite having a new fibre line fitted we have not had service for more than a couple of hours. Constantly told it is an openreach issue but not resolved,
Promised on numerous occassions that Stream Pucks are on their way but never received, Constantly told its a DPD issue, Could not seem to make Sky understand that my contract is with them so actually its all their issue. Had to cancel today which is a real shame, Cancellations team solution. "it would probably work if you paid more for a better hub" Really dissapointed,
