@cazzyp42 most likely a poor wifi connection to your Sky hub. To stream video you nedd a good wifi connection check yours by lookingat the network settings for the puck. Also run the network test in the Get Help menu of the Netflix app.

I did all the checks. WiFi & broadband all good. It's really annoying

What does "all good" mean? What speed was reported as being received by your puck on the Netflix network check?
Sky Stream pucks need a stable and consistent minimum of 25Mbps to have any chance of reliability.
