Sky fibre

Just had sky fibre installed replacing std b/band which I have for many years with no issues. In 3 days it's gone down twice, went through usual fault finding stuff, turned it off at the plug and waited 4-5 minutes, each time it's come back on.  Is it usually so unreliable? Or could there be an issue with the installation?   Don't think I can put up with this 2/3 times a week for the whole contract!

@LynDdl

During the first 10-14 days the sky hub will continually sync up with your cabinet to determine the optimal speed of your line. This will result in drops. However do not be tempted to

turn the hub off and on as this may be seen as a fault

Can you post your hub stats
