Sky equipment

We are having a problem with Sky equipment coming into the house where the right  light on the Optical Network Terminal is constantly flashing green and we have no TV connection to access the apps nor have we Wi-Fi connection to use  our iPads  or phones. 
Hope you could help please.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

The lan light flashing is normal as it indicates data is flowing to the router

@Stewart23 All in all what does the hub show, looks like the ONT is fine, 3 green lights and one of them is the flasher.....
