Sky down yet again!!

Sky down yet again ! This is not acceptable! We pay a hell of a lot of money for this and not able to use our services! Lately it's a few times every week! Yet we won't get any money back! Unlike If we are late paying our bill your on us 10000% straight away! 
 You need to sort your **bleep** out! Completely useless customer service and actuall services! 
 3 hours and counting mine has been down tonight ! It was 2 hours yesterday too!
