Sky customer service. Unintelligable.
I've recently transferred my broadband service to sky.
I am a previous Sky customer and one of the features I found ideal was the clarity of phone conversations with the Scottish based staff(I assume).
Fast forward a few years and what a change.
Having cause to speak to three foreign based staff I found myself unable to understand two of the staff's conversation and instructions.
This was after being forced to listen to the AI help.
What has happened to a once great service?

Re: Sky customer service. Unintelligable.
All calls now start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
All calls go through to the next available agent wherever they are based.
