We are 3 properties that have been left off the connection for fibre, as they were built in 2012 and the fibre connection terminates in the car park. We have had multiple Openreach engineers peer at the termination box that is about 5m from the main pole connection. It needs to be connected. Last time sky terminated the install as they said they couldn't connect, openreach swear we are connected, and they won't deal with us directly, as sky needs to raise the issue, but there is no way of contacting sky connections.
We need to tell them who owns the road and how to get permission from them to connect us to 3 houses. This has been going on for 8 months. We are all going around in circles.
