'The Cloud' from Sky is a vestigial public WiFi service which is active almost nowhere these days. Unlike BT/EE, the millions of domestic Sky Hubs don't broadcast a 'guest' SSID for use by other Sky subscribers, so it was always dependent on businesses and similar premises hosting a dedicated hotspot. I last found such a signal something like fifteen years ago at the local Arts Centre: this has long since disappeared.
A clue about how seriously Sky takes the service is the 'About Us' page references the 2018 Ryder Cup.
