Sky causing issues on websites

I'm not techy, I'm really not, but I've been having consistent issues with accessing my history and loading ChatGPT of which I'm subscribed to Plus. I've spent hours doing all the trouble shooting and supposed fixes and getting nowhere. After some Copilot and OpenAI Help it seems to have narrowed down to Sky Broadband causing the issues (I can't guarantee this, again I'm not techy). I've disabled DNS and shield and still it won't work. I would really appreciate if someone can help me sort it out or if anyone has advise aside from the advice you get given when you google how to fix the ChatGPT problem of "Failed to Fetch/ load..." because believe me I've tried it all. Thank you in advance.

@NLG it is higly unlikely that Sky are blocking access to Chat GPT as if they were the forum would have multiple reports and generally despite what some people believe ISPs like Sky dont block sitesxas its bad for business. You say you have disabled Sky's Broadbsnd Shield which is the only likely cause so check you have indeed done that see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start

If you had "disabled DND" you would have no connection at all so not sure quite what you mean. All  Sky hubs are hardwired to use Sky's DNS the only way to bypass thst would be to use something like a VPN which will have its own DNS service. However you can add a public DNS to your devices network settings. Google's at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.is popular and fast. Unless you directly enter the IP address of a site DNS is essential.

Not sure what the cause of your issue is but it is very unlikely to be being directly caused by your Sky connection.
