Sky cancelled order but have sent the hub

Sky cancelled my new Broadband order because BT didn't allow us to keep our number. We decided not to continue with trying to join Sky Broadband and told them we would find another provider. The problem they have sent the Hub. I can't get through to anyone to find out what they want us to do with it but I am not paying to return it. Anyone got any advice on this. I can't spend another 45 mins trying to get through on the phone!

@Mandy73M Sky will want the unit back this page https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband exolains how to do this without paying for postage. Keep your proof of postage as Sky have a habit of losing kit.
