Sky broadband
My broadband speed has been below what was promised for some time now. I have previously spoken to someone from sky and they sent out a new router. The same problems are still
occuring and when using a gaming console the WiFi runs at the bare minimum and conflicts the other connections e.g sky tv

We're only other customers here, like yourself. Are you talking about the broadband speed being low to the hub (or an ethernet connected device) or is this about a weak wifi signal?
Can the gaming console be hardwired to the hub?
Firstly, unplug the hub for 10 minutes and then reboot, hopefully a channel rescan will find a less congested wifi channel.
Have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily if no success with the above, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used and would be my own personal choice).
