Sky broadband

After a phone call from sky regarding changes to broadband tge rep said I will be getting a new hub if suitable. No hub arrived but two new leads arrived. Obe black and one grey. Do I have to swap them for my old ones. If yes , what difference will they make.

If you have been sent only leads then it is because you can continue using the hub you currently have.

 

Have you recently upgraded to Sky Fibre ?
