Sky broadband

Why is the broadband from sky so poor it constantly drops out and I can not even do zoom calls without it dropping out. I wish o had never changed providers

@Andrewog1973 Are your issues on wired or wireless wi-fi or have you not tried both to eliminate either one!

WiFi. Even impacts sky Q. Very disappointing I think I will have no choice but to demand them to cancel my contract due to poor service. Even my telephone line is worse now. 😔
